Aletheon MIS · the evidence layer for the physical world
Persistent sensory memory for industrial machines. Sensors from $49 stick on the outside of the machine; everything they see goes into a record nothing can overwrite; the machine answers its operator's questions in the operator's own language, and every week it writes them a letter that grades what it knows and owns what it does not. Live on three Vietnamese factory floors since 1 June 2026. Provisional patent filed 28 July 2026. Two field studies published, including our misses.
Built end to end by one person: the sensor hardware (ESP32, vibration, acoustic, temperature; hand-built under A$85 in parts), the firmware, the cloud platform, the reasoning system, and the rules behind the patent: what a machine may claim, and when.
